Corporate finance, M&A & insolvency
Map a target, a counterparty or an estate across every entity it touches.
Deal work and insolvency appointments begin with the same question: what does this group consist of, who controls it, and what is charged to whom. The answer is spread across dozens of filings.
What you get
- The full group, upward and downward, from any entry point.
- Who controls what, with exact shareholdings where a confirmation statement exists.
- Registered charges and lenders for every entity in the structure.
- Insolvency and Gazette history across the group, in one view.

Case study
Tracing assets ahead of an administration
The situation
An insolvency practitioner is appointed over a trading company and needs to understand what else the same director and holding structure controls before creditors' claims are assessed.
What they did
The IP opens the company, walks the chain up to the ultimate holding company and down through every other subsidiary the same PSCs control, then checks registered charges against each to see which assets already carry a lender's claim.
The result
Two related companies with shared directors and unencumbered assets are identified in the first afternoon of the appointment, well ahead of when this kind of group mapping would usually surface in a manual review.
