- Do I need an account?
- You can search and open any company or person without one, but the tree stays obscured. A free account shows the full ownership tree for any UK company or person, as many as you like.
- What does Professional add?
- Every paid layer, on every company and person: the full shareholder register, charges and lenders, filed accounts, insolvency and Gazette history, and property records from HM Land Registry. There are no add-ons. For several seats on one account, Enterprise is arranged directly with us.
- What exactly is in the shareholder register?
- Every holder named on the company's latest confirmation statement, by share class and count, with earlier statements and the transfers between them. It's the layer that shows holders below the PSC regime's 25% threshold.
- Is the data current?
- Ownership and structure refresh on a cadence of hours; a newly filed confirmation statement is picked up within a day. The Data page has the detail.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from your account. Professional stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
